Subject of the Agreement
This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) regulates relations between: online store RobotSoft (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store or Administration) on the one hand and the user of the site https://robotsoft.ru/ on the other.
The RobotSoft.ru online store site is not a mass media.
By using the site, you agree to the terms of this Agreement in relation to the acquisition and / or use of the Software (hereinafter referred to as the Software) at your discretion.

Rights and obligations of the parties
The user has the right to:

- download software and instructions for working with it
- copy information to other sites with the permission of the Site Administration
- require the administration to hide any information about the user

- purchase the provided software
- use the site information for commercial purposes with the permission of the Administration
- use fully paid software
- download software updates
- contact technical support for advice on working with the software in any way indicated on the site
The administration has the right to:
- at your own discretion and the need to create, change, cancel the rules
- restrict access to any information on the site
- create, modify, delete information
- delete accounts
- refuse registration without explanation
- block the software key in case of found violations
- apply to law enforcement agencies or court
The user undertakes:
- ensure the accuracy of the information provided
- ensure the safety of personal data from access by third parties
- do not copy information from other sources
- not to disseminate information that is aimed at propaganda of war, incitement of national, racial or religious hatred and enmity, as well as other information, for the dissemination of which criminal or administrative liability is provided

- not to take actions aimed at misleading other Users
- do not transfer your account and/or login and password of your account to third parties for use
- do not register an account on behalf of or instead of another person, except as provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation
- do not post materials of an advertising, erotic, pornographic or offensive nature, as well as other information, the placement of which is prohibited or contrary to the norms of the current legislation of the Russian Federation
- do not use scripts or codes (programs) for automated collection of information and / or interaction with the Site and its Services
The administration undertakes:
- to maintain the site's performance, except when it is impossible for reasons beyond the control of the Administration
- provide comprehensive protection of the User's account
- protect information whose distribution is restricted or prohibited by law by issuing a warning or deleting the account of a user who violates the rules
- provide all available information about the User to authorized state authorities in cases established by law
Responsibility of the parties:
- in the event of litigation, the parties undertake to act within the framework of the current legislation of the Russian Federation, in all other respects the parties resolve disputes through peaceful negotiations
- the administration does not bear any responsibility for the services provided by third parties
- in the event of a force majeure situation (combat operations, state of emergency, natural disaster, etc.), the Administration does not guarantee the safety of information posted by the User, as well as the uninterrupted operation of the software in case of violations
User Payment Terms:
- payment is accepted in Russian rubles electronically, via online for the provision by the Administration of the software to the User by subscribing and / or purchasing or a special software key and / or program
- possible methods of payment on the site are provided only by bank transfer to the account of the online store: bank transfer to the current account, with a plastic card on the site, electronic
